Cutting Edge Innovation is pleased to announce that Julie Lim will be joining as Co-CEO effective August 10. With a proven track record in developing strategy and inspiring organizational change for accelerated growth, Julie's new role will be focused on partnering with Jeff to help CEI's current and future clients gain entry and/or expand their presence in foodservice through robust strategy, sales, and business development. Julie is an experienced global executive and general manager leading sales and marketing with over 20 years of experience with CPG, foodservice, and restaurant franchising industries. As a seasoned brand-builder with diverse experience developing high performance teams and launching channel strategies that get results. Julie has a successful track record of helping companies build brand equity and drive sales at emerging start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. She has worked for leading global brands such as Starbucks, Kraft, and most recently CAULIPOWER.

Julie volunteers and has been a member a variety of organizations supporting the advancement of women leaders in the food industries such as the Women’s Foodservice Forum, NEW, and GLEAM. She is an energetic mentor, advocate, and sponsor of young professionals in the foodservice industry and proudly known as a connector and networker.
